Lifetime Warranty Information

  • Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC ensures that all new automotive glass installations are free from material and workmanship defects from the point of delivery, backed by our lifetime warranty.

  • Installation-related issues such as wind noise, water leaks, loose moldings, and certain stress cracks are covered.

  • Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC will repair or replace these at no cost to you.

  • This warranty remains valid for the vehicle’s lifetime.

  • Retain your original handwritten invoice in your vehicle.

  • The warranty is honored as long as the vehicle is drivable and you possess the lifetime warranty with the “warranty form number.”

  • Present the warranty/invoice to claim chip repairs or replacement carried out by Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC.

  • This warranty does not cover leakage or stress cracks caused by existing rust, structural damage, vandalism, foreign object impact, or accidents.

  • If dissatisfied with a chip repair, Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC will credit the repair cost towards future glass replacement.

  • Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC is not liable for breakage during attempted repairs of damage from impacts or vandalism.

  • The only remedy provided under this warranty is the repair or replacement of your auto glass by Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC.

  • This warranty supersedes all other warranties and Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC disclaims all other warranties of any kind.

  • Warranty is void if any repair or replacement is attempted by anyone other than Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC approved personnel.

  • Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC will provide a written statement if the warranty becomes void, explaining the reasons, after which the warranty will no longer be effective.

  • Customers will not be charged for vehicle storage.

  • By authorizing glass repairs, you assign any insurance benefits for the repaired vehicle to Phoenix Windshield Experts, LLC.

  • Assignee is authorized to pursue legal actions and settlements.

  • Payments from insurers sent to you must be forwarded to the Assignee.

  • Full payment is due within 30 days from the service date.
  • Interest is applicable on balances beyond 30 days.
  • In the event you received a “One Free Chip Repair” sticker or coupon, you are entitled to one free chip repair on any vehicle front windshield.
  • To qualify damage needs to be smaller than the silver dollar, not in the drivers line of view, or in the frit band/outer high-pressure area of the windshield.
  • The repair is at the discretion of Phoenix Windshield Experts at any time.
  • The repair has to be done at Phoenix Windshield Experts (PWE) locations.
  • Contact PWE for a location near you.
  • PWE is not responsible or liable for any damage or repair failing during the repair process.
